ULTIMATE VACATIONS REQUEST FORM

1.     I understand that there will be a $50 refundable, non-transferable request deposit for each request search I send in. When Ultimate Vacations fulfills my request, the $50 will be applied to the cost of the unit booked. If Ultimate Vacations is unable to fulfill my request, based on the search criteria I provided, the deposit will be refunded. A refund will only be issued if Ultimate Vacations cannot fulfill my request.
2.     I understand that I will forfeit my request deposit in the event that:
    a) I am offered a property, which meets my search criteria, and I do not accept.
    b) I change locations after a property, which meets my original search criteria, has been offered. This would constitute a new request and require a new deposit.
3.     I understand that the $50 deposit is valid until the reservation request is fulfilled or cancelled by the client.
4.     I understand that I cannot make a request for Hot Weeks. For your convenience, all Hot Weeks are updated every week on the website at uvsaves.com.
5.     I understand that once my request and deposit are received, the request is entered into the computer to begin a search. Sometimes it takes days, weeks, or even months to find inventory to fulfill my request. I also understand Ultimate Vacations will call me as soon as they have located inventory that meets my needs.
6.     I understand that when I am at a host resort I will not be responsible for the weekend maid service but will be responsible for any additional maid service, phone calls, or additional services I use. Tips are not included in the price Ultimate Vacations quotes me.
7.     I understand that I may request resort areas only.
8.     I understand that I may not request specific properties or amenities. Ultimate Vacations has the right to accept or reject any request based on validity.
9.     I understand that once I have booked a unit (accepted a unit offered to me), it may not be cancelled for any reason.
10.    I understand that an Ultimate Vacations member or their 2nd generation member must occupy any requested or booked units. Picture I.D. Required.
11.    I understand that the responsible party for each reservation must be at least 21 years of age or older depending on the individual resort policy.
12.    I understand that there is a 7-night minimum in most resort areas. However there are many areas that offer 3 & 4 night stays.
13.    I understand that most resort areas have a mandatory Friday, Saturday or Sunday start date.
14.    I understand that once I book a condo, payment will be due within 72 hours. (Credit cards are not accepted).
15.    I understand that my account dues and payments must be current for me to use the service.
16.    I understand that if I am requesting high demand or holiday weeks I should put my request in 1 year in advance to better the chances of fulfilling my request needs.
17.    I understand that all units offered are based on number of guests traveling and space available. (i.e. Studio sleeps 2-4, 1 bedroom sleeps 2-4, 2 bedroom sleeps 4-6, 3 bedrooms sleep 6-8). Unit sizes vary by location.
18.    I understand I must show my Picture ID upon check in and it must match the name on the confirmation. This is very important. Ultimate Vacations will not be responsible for any clients turned away for this reason.
19.    I understand that I may be required to leave a refundable security deposit on any booked reservation. The amount is determined by the individual resort/owner. I understand that Ultimate Vacations is not responsible for any damages to any persons and/or property. Ultimate Vacations will not be a third party in any damage or deposit disputes.
20.    I understand that Ultimate Vacations does not guarantee any specific amenities. Ultimate Vacations will always try to offer resorts with the most amenities first.
21.    I understand that all persons in my unit will be subject to house rules and regulations of that particular resort.
22.    I understand that Ultimate Vacations will not be responsible or be third party to: acts of god, weather, pool maintenance problems, broken Jacuzzi, tennis court out of order and so on.
23.    I understand that if I do not accept the first offer from Ultimate Vacations, other units may not become available and therefore I will have to forfeit my deposit, as this would be a fulfilled request.
24.    I understand that Ultimate Vacations will always try to make our owners as happy as possible, and to make all situations win, win. We want the best for the health, happiness and vacation pleasures of all our clients.
